“Eligible Persons holding Hong Kong Identity Card” refer to:
- persons with mobility difficulties who hold Hong Kong Identity Card issued under the Registration of Persons Ordinance (Chapter 177), except those who obtained their Hong Kong Identity Card by virtue of a previous permission to land or remain in Hong Kong granted to them and for whom such permission has expired or ceased to be valid;
- children with mobility difficulties who are Hong Kong residents and under 11 years of age.
Note: To attend to the special needs of persons with mobility difficulties, they can be accompanied by escorts when using Rehabus services. Besides, Rehabus has the right to terminate services to anyone who fails to pay fares.

2. Dial-a-Ride Service
2.1 Charges: The fare is based on the number of passengers, hourly charge (minimum 1 hour), mileage and a flat service charge of HK$5 per booking:
