The Society received the “Outstanding Community Rehabilitation Support Organisation” award under the category of Corporate Social Responsibility in the “Health Partnership Awards 2021”, organised by etnet of The Hong Kong Economic Times. This award recognised our long-term dedication to promoting community rehabilitation. We are the only non-profit organisation that received this award.

The Society has been promoting community rehabilitation since the 1990s. Through health management courses and the body-mind-spirit approach, we help patients restore their health, and encourage them to cope with the situation of suffering from chronic illnesses proactively. In recent years, we have strived to promote “preventive health management” in the community so people can learn to take care of their own health.

It is the second year in a row that the Society received an award from etnet. We will continue to pursue excellence in our service to help more people with disabilities and chronic patients re-integrate into society and live a dignified life.
