Chan Fuk Sing Memorial Trust Fund for Rehabilitation (“the Fund”) was set up in 1997 in memory of Mr. Chan Fuk Sing for the promotion and development of rehabilitation services for disabled persons in Hong Kong. The Fund is currently managed by the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (“HKSR”).
