Three types of surcharges are imposed to remind users to book our service prudently so as to avoid wastage of resources and affecting services to those in need. They are, namely, “Cancellation Charge”, “Charge for not providing/changing schedule” and “Forward Booking Cancellation Charge”.

Users may cancel or change bookings for various reasons. Subject to fulfilling the stipulated requirements, they can apply for a waiver for surcharges.
