Job Responsibilities:

Support Division Head to formulate and execute strategies for effective fundraising and donor management;
Oversee the different donation channels including online platforms and be responsible for their maintenance;
Develop new fundraising opportunities that are in line with the Society’s vision and mission;
Manage and implement fundraising and volunteering events and activities:
Handle post-event reports:
Draft and edit materials for external publications and communications, including funding proposals, executive speeches, web pages and online promotions;
Manage the production of the Society’s Annual Report;
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Communications / Journalism/ Marketing or related disciplines;
3 to 5 years of prior work experience in fundraising and event management;
Strong event and project management experience;
Strong organisational, management and presentation skills;
Energetic, dynamic and a self-starter who can work well under tight schedule and perform diversified duties;
Not-for-profit experience and previous sector knowledge preferred;
Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
Proficiency in both MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;

Community Rehabilitation Network – Social Worker 2 (ASWO)

We are looking for high caliber candidates to work for our project of Stroke Rehabilitation Service, which is applied with International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The project aims to provide quality rehabilitation service though personalized rehabilitation planning and self-empowerment program by multi-disciplinary and peer support approach.

Key responsibilities:

Provide case management and chronic disease self-management services including assessment, group work, workshop and health education activities
Develop service protocols on health management and mental wellness
Deliver volunteer service and training for the provision of health education activities
Plan and develop peer support services and support groups to promote mutual aid in health management

Requirements:

Registered Social Worker with bachelor degree in Social Work or above
Minimum 3 years working in health care setting or case management for persons with chronic health conditions, experience in stroke rehabilitation service is a distinct advantage.
Skills in networking and knowledge in information technology
Self-initiated, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
Good command of Chinese and English
Working in evenings, weekends and public holidays are required on need basis

Job Responsibilities:

Perform full spectrum of administration duties to the Society, such as
- Responsible for office administration duties to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Assist management in formulating, implementing and review administration policies, procedures and guidelines
Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Society and its subsidiaries, such as
- Prepare board minutes and resolutions, and organizing board and shareholders’ meetings; liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on company secretarial issues etc
Provide support to corporate issues, such as
- Enhance the risk management policies for the Society
- Maintaining proper statutory records, updating on corporate governance and compliance requirements
- Responsible for compiling corporate document, such as funding application, report to donator etc
Assist in CEO’s business cooperation and communication with external parties; and co-ordinate CEO business agenda

Requirements:

Degree in relevant discipline with minimum FIVE years or above working experience in NGO field preferred
A finalist of HKICS/ICSA is an advantage

Key responsibilities:

To develop protocol of different health training programs for different professionals, staff, volunteers, and service participants
To be responsible for content development of health knowledge for online resource
To promote Exercise-Is-Medicine model in designing and conducting health education programs and workshops for persons with chronic health condition
To provide professional training and consultancy service for staff and volunteers

Requirements:

Part Ia Registration with Physiotherapist Board
At least 5 years work experience and a relevant Master Degree

Requirements:
