Booking Methods
- Contact our staff by calling our hotline at 2817-8154 (select “Dial-a-Ride service” according to the voice instructions).
- Download Booking Form for Dial-a-Ride Service (Applicable to 5 or more Passengers (Large Group)) (FED/LG/02e), submit the completed form to us by mail, fax or email.
For users who need to book for 8 or more vehicles on a single day for large-scale activities (e.g. 4 or more vehicles are requested for outward trip and return trip respectively on a single day), a written request stamped with company chop should be submitted together with the completed booking form.
The result of the booking will be informed at once after the booking is placed in the system.
If the trip has multiple stops (i.e. 3 or more boarding/alighting points), please complete Dial-a-Ride Service Passenger Boarding & Alighting Schedule (FED/01e) for each trip/ service arrangement and fax the exact schedule (including the time and place for boarding and alighting) to Rehabus office at least 7 working days before the service date.
