Please note that the notification of trip information after scheduling of all Dial-a-Ride Service of the service date from 2 September 2022 onwards will be changed from around 7 working days before the service date to 4 working days before service date.  Customers will receive call from phone display no. of 3143-8154 or customers can call our service hotline to check.  For those customers who have submitted Boarding & Alighting Schedule for multiple pick-up & drop-off points, we will mark the trip information on the Schedule and return by fax.
