Yahoo may prevent some emails from falling into your inbox for different reasons, they may be marked as “spam”. If checking “spam” involves useful emails, please follow the steps provided by Yahoo to cancel “spam”:

1. Open the “Spam Mail” folder. If you can’t find the “Spam” folder, click “More” under the “Inbox” folder.
2. Select Email（@rehabsociety.org.hk／@icoms.hksr.org.hk）.
3. Click “Don’t spam” and the system will move the email to your inbox, and future emails from this sender will also be sent to your inbox.
