Starting from 1 December 2026 (Service Date), the scheduling principles for Shared Dial-a-Ride Service (“Small Group”) will be updated as follows:

– Short Trips* (≤ 30 minutes): Travel time after sharing is capped at 60 minutes.
– Medium-Short Trips* (31–60 minutes): Travel time after sharing is capped at 90 minutes.

Long Trips (over 60 minutes): Existing arrangement remains unchanged, with total travel time after sharing not exceeding 120 minutes.

* Note: The former rule stipulated that for short trips of one hour or less, the travel time would not increase by more than double the estimated travel time of a solo trip prior to shared-use arrangement.
