“There is pain we cannot avoid, but there is no stopping us from joy.” Although chronic illness brings us a lot of “pain”, we can still choose to face these “pains” calmly with a relatively positive attitude and re-explore the beauty of the world, live a meaningful life! The psychosocial support services of Community Rehabilitation Network are based on scientific and evidence-based psychotherapy, designing a series of services for patients with chronic diseases and carers, allowing participants to learn to accept themselves, adjust their mentality, manage stress and emotions, enhance mental flexibility and resilience, helping you prepare yourself to face the ups & downs of life, and finally to achieve life transformation.
Application Techniques

Life is like a voyage. During the voyage, you will inevitably encounter strong winds coming from all directions. Sometimes we are caught off guard by these sudden waves and we hold on to the steering wheel tightly, competing with nature to the death.
May you be able to stabilize the course in your heart when your heart is in ups and downs, even if the waves are surging.
