New Image “Rehab Side by Side”

In response to our new image, “Rehab Side by Side”, CRN hopes to be by the side of every patient, just as the new logo symbolizes. While patients may initially be beneficiaries, we believe that they can learn to take control of their health and life, transforming into benefactors. As our professional team and caregivers stand by you, we encourage you to also support others in need around you, carrying forward the spirit of walking “side by side”. Additionally, we believe that every chronic patient can thrive within the community, contributing to a harmonious society. The smiling eyes depicted in our new logo also represent this expectation. We hope that individuals with chronic illnesses can live a fulfilling life actively and positively.

Introduction to Community Rehabilitation Services

We provide self-management programs and various types of exercise training classes to assist service users in acquiring methods and techniques for practicing a healthy lifestyle. These programs aim to enhance their confidence and ability to control their diseases, diseases such as stroke and brain injury, diabetes mellitus, cardiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Parkinson’s disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and chronic pain.

We understand that chronic illnesses can bring many challenges to patients and their families. Through activities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy groups, art expression groups, emotional well-being groups, mindfulness training groups, and life education, we aim to help service users cultivate a positive outlook on life and face challenges with a positive mindset.

We believe that patients are the experts of their own diseases. Through the rehabilitation experiences of peers, we can inspire patients, provide emotional support, and foster a spirit of mutual assistance. We encourage the transformation from the role of a patient to that of a helper, practicing the concept of “supporting each other side by side.”

We believe every chronic patient can

By practicing self-management and psychological adjustment, we aim to enhance individuals’ confidence in coping with and overcoming chronic illnesses. Through these approaches, we strive to help them establish a meaningful life.

The rehabilitation process and experiences are valuable assets in a patient’s life. They make individuals become “experts” in living with their illnesses, and they can offer blessings and mutual support to fellow travelers on a similar journey.

By transforming patients into educators, we aim to raise awareness among the general public about the needs of individuals with various chronic conditions, reducing discrimination and fostering an inclusive and compassionate society.

“Nothing about us without us.” Long-term patients express their opinions on rehabilitation and policies from a first-hand perspective, ensuring that policies are more closely aligned with the needs of users. As a result, society progresses.

Need a hand? We got you.
