Project Completion Notice

The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation’s “Jockey Club Movin’ Care for Parkinson’s Disease Project – Community Co-care Service” successfully concluded on 31 March 2026. We sincerely thank our friends with Parkinson’s and their carers for your continued support and participation, which gave us the wonderful opportunity to walk alongside you on this journey. 

As the Project has officially ended, these specific services will no longer be provided. However, the Community Rehabilitation Network (CRN) of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation will continue to provide steadfast support for the Parkinson’s community across districts. If you have any questions or require support regarding Parkinson’s rehabilitation, please feel free to contact any of our CRN centres. We will continue to support you every step of the way on your rehabilitation journey!  Thank you once again for your trust and support. We wish you good health and happiness!
