Both Mr. and Mrs. Lai are wheelchair users. They rarely travel outside of their home because they have never been able to board on the same bus due to vehicles having only one wheelchair securement space. If the wheelchair space is occupied, they have to wait for another bus. If they take taxi, the fare is too high. The couple is grateful for the “Octopus Rehabilitation Transportation Subsidy Scheme” which facilitated them to celebrate their 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary at Sai Kung.
In response to the COVID‑19 pandemic, “Accessible Hire Car Service” arranged service provider to conduct the “Nano-Photocatalyst” spraying technology to medically disinfect the compartment regularly. All places (internal & external) of the vehicles were coated with disinfectant spray to improve the hygiene of the compartment and protect the health of passengers.

The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (HKSR) reserves the right to suspend all AHC services for service users having unsettled outstanding bills.
All service terms and conditions are subject to change by HKSR without prior notice and the latest announcement prevails in case of any changes.
AHC service does not have the compensation mechanism and no compensation will be given to unsuccessful provision of service or unsuccessful pick up on-time. If the passenger does not accept the waiting time and decides to leave by his / her own way, no cancellation fee will be charged.
