Target Users

Our service targets are residents in Southern District with impaired mobility, including:

  Holders of the “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau;

  Users of wheelchairs, crutches or other mobility aids;

  People with impaired mobility due to other reasons (such as old age, accidental injury, foot disease, illness or injury etc.);

  In-patients or community members receiving subsidised residential care for the elderly in Southern District; and

  At most one carer of each passenger of the above categories.

Service Hours

Services of Southern District Rehab Access are available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Service Reservation and Details

For using Circular Service Routes, eligible service users are advised to make reservations through our service hotline or mobile application 7 days to 2 hours before using the service. Passengers without booking can also choose to queue up at the station (subject to seat availability). Priority will be given to passengers with booking.

Share-Ride Service is a pre-booked service for residents of areas including Hok Tsui/Shek O/Big Wave Bay/Stanley & etc, (outside the catchment areas of Circular Service Routes). Eligible service users can call our “Service Hotline” for reservation.
