
Southern District Rehab Access
Service Features
1. Apart from a captain on board, an attendant is designated to every “Southern District Rehab Access”(SDRA) vehicle to assist passengers in getting on and off, securing wheelchairs and fastening seat belts.
2. To facilitate passengers to identify our vehicles, service name and the logo of the Southern District Council are printed on each vehicle. In addition, an electronic display board showing route number and destination is installed at the front of each vehicle.
3. It is a free accessible transport service for Southern District residents with impaired mobility and their carers for travelling to and from public hospitals and medical institutions in Southern District.

Service hours of the Customer Service Hotline are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Users could call the Hotline for more information and booking.
2. Mobile App
Users can download and install our Mobile Application “SDRA Mobile (Passenger)” for service reservation and information on routes and estimated arrival time.
