“Lee Quo Wei Day Rehabilitation and Care Centre” opened in March 2010. Our Centre is a self-financed day rehabilitation and nursing care service centre for persons suffered from stroke, dementia, and orthopaedic diseases, frail elderly as well as other persons with chronic illnesses in need. With a holistic view on treatment, our services integrate the Western and Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine elements. We provide rehabilitation and nursing care services based on needs of service users through assessments by our multi-disciplinary professional team which includes physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social worker and Chinese medical practitioner.
