For airport transfer, the first hour of waiting time is free, HK$200 per hour will be charged thereafter.
Order is confirmed upon full payment of fare deposit has been made. Extra fees (overtime charges, non-government tunnel tolls, parking fees, permit fees and etc) will be charged on actual basis.

All other bank charges will be charged to the remitter if customer selects the remittance payment method. When customer fills up the remittance form, please make sure that the instruction of “Remitter pays her own bank charges and requests to pay other bank charges” has been marked.
Surcharge of HK$270 is applicable for service before 07:00 or after 21:30.
If there is any amendment about the booking, please notify us two working days in advance by fax and call us to confirm the change request. If the change notification is less than 2 working days, our administration fee at HK$100 per vehicle will be imposed. Upon received the change notification, we will try our best to coordinate it but does not guarantee the success of change. (Office hour : 0900-1700 from Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
a) Main road/government tunnel/bridge tolls are included, except non-government tunnel and Eastern Harbour Tunnel tolls, parking fees and permit fees.
b) All extra fees will be charged on actual use basis.
a) Each coach offers maximum 5 manual wheelchair spaces plus 12 normal seats only.
b) Due to limited space in compartment, 1 extra folded wheelchair would be accepted only.
c) Due to safety reason, driver has the rights to refuse taking wheelchairs exceeding the limit.
d) Advance notification is required for picking oversize or overweight wheelchair.
Cancellation of Service
a) All pre-paid fare deposit is non-refundable. HK$100 administrative charge will be imposed if the booking is cancelled due to adverse weather (Rainstorm Yellow/Red/Black Warning or Typhoon Signal No.3 or above). Balance of deposit will be kept for next booking use (within 3 months) only.
b) If the booking is cancelled in writing over Seven Working Days (excludes Saturdays、Sundays & Public Holidays), prior to your pick-up time, fare deposit will be kept for next booking use (within 3 months) only.
c) If the booking is cancelled within Seven Working Days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays), full fare deposit will be charged.
