Our ERB Training Courses include “Placement-tied Courses” as well as “Generic Skills Training Courses”. The former are full-time courses designed according to the needs of a specific industry coupled with the placement follow-up services. If our service users meet the required attendance rate, he/she is eligible to apply for the retraining allowance. The latter are part-time (half-day) courses aimed at enhancing the generic vocational skills of participants.

• Upon completion of “Placement-tied Courses” (i.e. courses with placement follow-up services), service users are eligible to apply for retraining allowance
