Target users
- Aged 15 or above, capable of self-care;
- persons with disabilities who need employment training and relevant support, and intend to find employment in the open market; and
- currently not receiving any services from the sheltered workshops or integrated vocational rehabilitation service centres
Service features
- Employing the case management model; each service user will be followed up by a social worker or counselor
- provide professional assessment based on the “International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) system”
- provide comprehensive career planning, and provide timely employment counseling and emotional support to service users
- provide all-rounded pre-employment training and job trial based on the abilities and employment orientations of the service users
- arrange employment internships, job trial, company visits and start-up/self-employment training

Through continuously strengthening our employer network, caseworkers will identify suitable job vacancies based on the background and needs of our service users, and refer them to outside jobs, which include the followings:

Completion/Withdrawal of service
- Service users have been employed continuously for 6 months and have received 12 months of post-placement services
- The caseworker will conduct a detailed assessment with the participant to determine whether to continue the service or not, if the service user has received services for more than 12 months but still unable to find a job
- The service users can withdraw from the service at any time
