  1. Barrier-free working environment consultation and assessment
  2. Consultation, job matching, post-placement services and corporate training for employing persons with disabilities
  3. Assistance in subsidy applications provided by the Social Welfare Department

  • Companies/owners can contact our centre directly if they are interested in providing job vacancies to our service users.
  • Our centre will identify and refer the most suitable participants with disabilities to the client for consideration; no service charge is required.

Advocacy:

  • Conducting regular research on the employment situation of chronically ill patients as well as persons with disabilities.
  • Inviting different stakeholders for discussion and sharing regularly.
  • Recognition of employers and service users who have successfully secured employment.
  • Various efforts are aimed at increasing society’s concern towards employment of chronically ill and disabled persons
  • Strengthening the employers’ motivation and confidence in employing persons with disabilities, so as to further promoting social inclusion.
