Weekend Recreational Rehabus Service

To facilitate persons with disabilities to visit tourist attractions in Hong Kong at weekends (i.e. Saturday or Sunday) or on public holidays, so as to promote Hong Kong as a barrier‐free city

Route 1: round trip South Horizons, Welfare Road, Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station and Stanley Plaza

Route 2: round trip Tung Chung Station, The Big Buddha and Tai O

Stanley in Southern District, Hong Kong Island is a tourist attraction with beautiful scenery, and Stanley Plaza, Murray House and Stanley Main Street are places that visitors must go. In order to better serve the travelling needs of PWDs (such as wheelchair users) towards Stanley, Rehabus launches a new recreational route between Ap Lei Chau (South Horizons), Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station and Stanley Plaza for PWDs to visit these attractions.

Since the Big Buddha and Tai O in Lantau Island are remotely located, in order to better serve the travelling needs of PWDs (such as wheelchair users) towards Lantau Island, Rehabus launched a new recreational route between Tung Chung Station and the Big Buddha, Tai O. We hope that it will offer our service users one more choice for an excursion.
