Community Rehabilitation Network was founded in 1994.  It was first funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charity Trust, and later by the Social Welfare Department. There are six centres distributed all over Hong Kong. It aims to provide psycho-social support and establish a connective network for patients and their family.

Having joined CRN, the patients become more positive and capable in facing the challenges of their chronic illness.  Our service also promotes mutual help among patients.
