Easy-Access Transport Services Ltd (ETS) goes hand in hand with Rehabus to provide accessible bus service.  In September 2001, it was commissioned by Hong Kong's Hospital Authority to provide service for the elderly to attend medical appointments in public hospitals and clinics. ETS also provides accessible transport services for travel in Hong Kong.  In 2003, ETS was appointed the official transport operator for the FESPIC Youth Games 2003, held in Hong Kong.  A total of 190 vehicle trips were provided for participants from 16 countries and regions.
